Upon request from you pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will promptly disclose personal information after confirming that the request is from the individual in question (or notify you if the relevant information does not exist). However, this does not apply when we are not obligated to disclose under the Act or other laws.

If you request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, we will, after verifying your identity, conduct the necessary investigation within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use and act based on the results. We will inform you if we decide not to make the requested changes. This does not apply when we are not obligated to make corrections under the Act or other laws.

If you request suspension of use or deletion of personal information because it is being handled beyond the disclosed purpose or was obtained improperly, we will, after confirming your identity and verifying that the request has merit, promptly take the necessary action and notify you. This does not apply when we are not obligated to suspend use under the Act or other laws.
